My approach &
what to expect in therapy
My Approach
Therapy should be a space where you can truly exhale. A space where you feel comfortable enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself, exploring the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that shape your daily life. While therapy can hold heavy moments, it can also feel grounding, engaging, and even light at times. I value authenticity, humor, and the real-world details that make you who you are. Your lived experience matters here.
I primarily work with adult women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the women I support are thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning, yet quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or relational tension internally. You may be moving through a season of change, such as a career shift, evolving relationships, shifting family dynamics, or new roles, and wanting a space to slow down and sort through it all with clarity and steadiness.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy and informed by Gestalt and somatic perspectives. I take an integrative, holistic approach that recognizes how emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to the body, relationships, lifestyle, and the cultural and environmental contexts we live within. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we also explore nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, and how physical health, sleep, nutrition, and daily rhythms influence your mood and resilience.
In our first session, we’ll explore your story as a whole, your history, stressors, relationships, strengths, and what you hope will feel different in your life. Together, we’ll create clear and meaningful goals to guide our work. Clients typically meet weekly to allow for consistency and depth, and between sessions I may offer reflective exercises, regulation practices, or integrative tools to support growth beyond the therapy space.
I deeply believe in the power of connection and the courage it takes to begin therapy. If you’re ready to feel less anxious, more steady, and more aligned in this season of your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you continue to grow and bloom.
